     Transcript Request Procedure

    1. Transcript requests must be made in writing. The request should include your name, social security number, to whom you would like the transcript sent, as well as your signature authorizing release of this information. There is a fee of $5 per transcript (checks made payable to Saint Vincent College). Requests and payment should be mailed to:

    2. If it is more convenient, you may fax your request to (724) 805-2063 and then mail your payment separately to the address above.
    3. Transcripts are typically processed 48 hours from receipt of payment.
    4. Please note that all financial obligations must be met before transcripts can be released. Questions regarding outstanding account balances should be addressed to the Saint Vincent College Business Office.
    5. Currently, Saint Vincent College does not fax transcripts. However, should the situation necessitate the transcript be sent via fax, it is our policy to follow-up the fax copy with a mailed copy. Therefore, both a fax number and a mailing address must be submitted with your request.

    Transcripts on DemandSaint Vincent College and Seminary is pleased to announce that effective mid-April a new service will be available for online transcript ordering and electronic transcript delivery. Current and former students as well as alumni who attended Saint Vincent College or Seminary beginning August 1985 will order transcripts through a Web application and will be required to print, sign, and return a consent-to-release-transcript form. Those attending prior to August 1985 are required to mail a request to the Saint Vincent College Registrar’s Office along with a check in the amount of $5.00 per transcript. Fax requests are also accepted but will require payment before being processed.

    To use the electronic delivery service you will be charged $2.00 for each copy of your transcript and an additional online convenience fee of $3.00 charged for each receiver of your transcript (regardless of the number of copies being sent to each receiver – i.e., 2 copies to Duquesne University would cost $3.00 plus a $2 charge per transcript). During the online order process a major credit card will be required to pay these fees. An additional fee of $2.00 per transcript will be charged for transcripts that you have requested be printed and mailed.

    You will receive email notifications that will inform you of when your transcript has been produced, electronically delivered, and read by the receiver. Optionally, you may elect to receive text-messages. And, you will also be able to check your order status and order history online.
