All parking lots will be open to the public. Members of the Public Safety Staff will direct traffic to appropriate parking areas. A shuttle service will be in operation throughout the day. Parking for those with special needs and the physically challenged is available. Please present a 2015 Commencement special needs parking pass to the Public Safety Staff to be directed to the special needs area. There will be a special needs drop-off area located to the left rear of the Student Center – watch for signs. This drop-off area is designed for easier access to the gymnasium by use of an elevator. Families and guests are urged to arrive in time to be seated by 1:45 p.m. The procession will begin promptly at 2 p.m. Ushers will be available.

Bleacher Seating Sections F – G – H
Floor Seating Students seated alphabetically by Department within Schools Faculty and Administrators Floor Seating Sections E - D
Bleacher Seating Sections A – B - C
The ceremony will also be broadcast on a large screen in the Performing Arts Center and in the Robert S. Carey Student Center Lounge. Please refrain from bringing unnecessary items (large packages, backpacks, etc.) to Commencement. Safety precautions may necessitate the random search of suspicious items. There will be a designated area to store strollers during the ceremony. Please see an usher for directions. A sign language interpreter will also be provided. For the safety of our graduates, access to the stage as well as to the aisles in the faculty/graduate section will be restricted during the conferral of degrees.
