Tickets

In order to comply with fire and safety regulations, admission to the 2013 Saint Vincent College Spring Commencement ceremony will be by ticket only. A ticketing system has been devised and is listed below:

Phase One: March 11 – 27, 2013

All degree candidates who have applied for graduation through the Registrar's office will be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) tickets in the Gymnasium. Additional tickets will be issued for general admission seating in the satellite viewing area(s). Between March 11 and 27, seniors or their families may fill out the online request form to reserve tickets. To avoid confusion, please designate one person to complete the online form. After completing the form, all changes must be emailed to commencement@stvincent.edu. Reservations will also be taken for the Senior Family Dinner, held on Friday, May 10. The cost for Senior Family Dinner tickets for family and friends is $30.00 per person. Graduates do not need tickets for either event. On March 28, ticket confirmations will be sent to the designated email address.

Phase Two: Ticket Distribution

All tickets, academic attire, announcements and name cards will be distributed at the Senior One-Stop Shop in the Gymnasium on Monday, April 22 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

After April 22, all tickets, as well as additional tickets for satellite viewing areas and the Senior Family Dinner, will be available for pickup in the Office of Event and Conference Services, located on the second floor of the Fred M. Rogers Center. Visa, MasterCard and Discover payments for Senior Family Dinner tickets will be accepted in the Office of Event and Conference Services. Please call 724-532-5030 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
