Introduction to Criminology Juvenile Justice American Judicial System Corrections
Mr. Kuhar has 40 years of experience in the criminal justice system. He spent 29 years in the probation and parole field. He spent 26 years as the Chief Adult and Juvenile Probation Officer in Indiana County and three years as a Probation Officer in Armstrong County. He also was the District Court Administrator for the 40th Judicial District of Pennsylvania (Indiana County) for a period of 11 years. Mr. Kuhar, after retirement, was appointed as interim Superintendent of the Indiana County prison for a period of time. Mr. Kuhar specializes in teaching courses in the field of corrections, courts, and juvenile justice.
