Ms. Donna Hupe teaches Ed 101 Early Field Experience I and supervises pre-student/ student teachers for Saint Vincent College. She joined Saint Vincent College in the Fall, 2006 after recently retiring from Seneca Valley School District. Ms. Hupe was an elementary teacher for 28 years teaching in the gifted K-6 program, teaching inclusion in the middle school (Grades 5-6), and teaching in mainstreamed classrooms. Ms. Hupe has had experience in visual perception instruction and consulting for educational organizations. She also taught graduate level courses for Performance Learning Systems. She holds a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Slippery Rock University. Ms. Hupe was a past Fulbright Memorial Fund Scholar who studied in Japan's educational system. Ms. Hupe is the author of "No Teacher Left Behind," and a writer of educational articles for suite101.com.
