    Mary Beth McConahey is the Program Manager for the Center for Political and Economic Thought and a Lecturer in Politics at Saint Vincent College. She took her Ph.D. in Political Philosophy and American Politics from the Claremont Graduate University in 2014. Her dissertation, Sex and The City: Private Vice and Public Scandal in the American Republic, studies corrupt public officers and laments the deleterious consequences their service might hold for liberty. She served as Events Coordinator at the Claremont Institute for the Study of Statesmanship and Political Philosophy from 2006-2009.
