    The Saint Vincent Camerata Scholars have produced a CD of sacred choral music from the Renaissance that will be distributed internationally by Jade Music, a division of Milan Entertainment of Paris/Los Angeles that specializes in the production and distribution of sacred music. It is entitled, A Blessed Day Has Dawned, Sacred Choral Music: Palestrina, Laude, Gregorian Chant.

    Saint Vincent College Campus Ministry and Knights of Columbus Chapter recently hosted a display of 70 panels depicting Eucharistic miracles throughout church history. The exhibit is currently being displayed at locations throughout the United States in an effort to increase devotion to the presence of Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist.

Friedlander, professor and chairman of the department of neurological surgery and UPMC Endowed Professor of Neurosurgery and Neurobiology at UPMC Presbyterian, will give a talk at 7 p.m. Monday, November 7 in the ongoing Herbert W. Boyer School of Natural Sciences, Mathematics, and Computing Lecture Series in the Dr. Frank J. Luparello Lecture Hall in the Sis and Herman Dupré Science Pavilion at Saint Vincent College. His topic is “Role of Death Cell Pathways in Neurologic Diseases and a Career as a Physician Scientist.” Admission is free and open to the public.
