    “Reflections on Family and Change,” is the title of a talk to be given by Dr. Paul Niemiec, director of counseling services for Catholic Charities and lecturer in psychology at Saint Vincent College, as the second presentation in Saint Vincent College’s three-part lecture series Aging and Spirituality: Psychological and Biblical Perspectives presented by the School of Social Sciences, Communication, and Education at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13 at the Fred M. Rogers Center. Admission is free and open to the public.
