    Gregorian Chant Scholarship Application

    To apply for a scholarship for the Gregorian Chant Workshops send an essay describing your experience with, and interest in, the following:

    • Gregorian Chant study (course work, seminars, etc) and performance (choirs, schola, etc.);
    • other kinds of sacred choral music and sacred instrumental music;
    • plans for future study of, or involvement with, sacred music;
    • Vocal study, choral direction study, history of sacred music.


    Scholarships may cover all, or some portion of, Tuition, Room and Board, and/or travel expenses.

    Please estimate what your travels costs would be to attend our Workshops.

    Preference will be given:

    • to college-level students actively engaged in the study and performance of sacred vocal and choral music;
    • to students attending both weeks of the Workshop (Levels One and Two)


    Recipients of the scholarship will be notified of their award on May 15, 2013. The scholarship will be given by check at the conclusion of the Workshop(s).
