Academic Advising:
At the time of your acceptance you were assigned an academic advisor that will assist you in your planning and registration. Your advisor will be Coordinator of Graduate and Continuing Education, Lisa Glessner, unless you are in the post-baccalaureate teacher certification program.
Advisors for students in the post-baccalaureate teacher certification program were introduced in your acceptance letter. Our advisors have vast experience and are readily available for assistance. Please contact your advisor as soon as you are admitted to create a plan that will make you the most successful in your education.
Registration:
You will complete your first registration with your advisor. Once you are registered for the first time, you will be mailed a "Network Access Account Information" card. This card will include your Web Registration System username and password, as well as your email and network access information. Once you have received this card, you will be required to register via the "Web Registration System" which can be accessed at http://cxweb.stvincent.edu:9040/. You must contact your advisor each term before the start of the registration period so that your advisor can approve the courses you would like to take, and clear you in the Web Registration System.
