The Education Department of Saint Vincent College annually conducts a program assessment from the perspective of program completers using its "Questionnaire for Completers of our Teacher Certification Program," a one-page survey form.  The returned surveys are then analyzed to provide among other facts: the current employment data (both in education or related fields and out of the education area), the quality of the preparation received at this College, and the satisfaction rating for the certification program.

Saint Vincent College also submits annual and biennial reports as required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  ETS supplies the results of our program participants on its various PRAXIS tests that are required for certification in Pennsylvania.  The College's passing rate on the Praxis I: Pre-Professional Skills Test (PPST) remains at 100%.  PRAXIS Academic Area Test results are reported to the institution when ten or more students are involved. This number fluctuates per year due to the number of students enrolled in the certification area.
