The Physician Assistant cooperative program between Saint Vincent
College and Duquesne University School of Health Sciences is a fiveyear
master’s degree program. Upon successful completion of the
fourth year, students who have not already earned a bachelor’s degree will be awarded a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences
from Duquesne University. Upon successful completion of the fifth year, students will be awarded a Master of Physician Assistant
degree from Duquesne University. Graduates are eligible to sit for the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination.
