My mother has recently purchased an Apple. It is said Apple that I am typing on now to write up this entry. I was, at first, angry about this Apple. You see, to me, it is very confusing. Why would MAC go out and create a computer that is virtually impossible to use, I said to myself? But, the more I use it, the more I warm up to it, which is not to say I prefer it over my PC, because that would be a shameful lie, but I like it enough. It's sort of becoming like a 3rd cousin. I mean, I do not really LOVE it, but we're family, so I enjoy its company when necessary and try to familiarize myself with its features so I can recognize it when need-be. But no one tell my mother this, I need her to think I still hate it. One might say, "Wait, but doesn't your mother read your blog?" To which I would have to answer, no. I know, I know. That is incredibly sad, I'm aware. That water park was as lame-o as I expected, but I knew it would be, so no harm done. The trip lasted two years, I seemed, although we were only gone 3 days. I'm glad to be back...at least until Tuesday when I head off for camp. I have come to the conclusion that, in my expertise as an avid-movie viewer as far as actors go, Mike Cera, James McAvoy and Patrick Fugit completely take the cake. If you haven't seen any of their movies check out.... MC: Juno, Superbad, Frequency, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind JM: The Last King of Scotland, Atonement, Chronicles of Narnia, Starter for 10, Becoming Jane PF: Almost Famous, Wristcutters, Saved!, White Oleander All of these movies are brilliant and those guys are awesome actors, not to mention, completely adorable. One more thing I might add, did you ever notice that the MSN symbol is a butterfly? When you have MSN shut off, the butterfly is dark and dead...it has got to be the saddest sight I have ever seen. Hands down. Alright, I'm out. Later calculators.
