So, last weekend, an tragedy happened. My PC died. Oh, but before it died, it said, "Buy this really expensive spyware deleting program." It could have died with dignity, but no.
I am still kind of in the mourning process, especially because I have lost everything. This includes my writing, my poems, my essays, my everything. To an English major, this is like losing a small child. A cute-as a-button, huggable, lovable, adorable, pinch-on-the cheek child. Just gone.
Luckily, my mourning has been alleviated by the arrival of my new Mac! I have named in Alex Mac. Yes, as in the Secret World of Alex Mack on Nickelodeon. Except I got rid of the K and decided my computer is boy. He gets along well with my I-pod touch, Eleanor.
Speaking of Eleanor, she has been playing this little game with me that I do NOT want to play anymore. She just keeps repeating every song until I press next. I don't know she's doing this or how to make it stop, but there's that.
Here is a picture of my Alex Mac. He's great, I know.
