Hello, my name is Alicia Rae (pause for a solemn round of hellos from the crowd), and I have an addiction. It has been 24 hours since I last legally downloaded a song onto my I-tunes (another pause for roaring applause) but, I feel that I might have to download again soon. Help me.

 Oh so many years back, I was NOT an illegal downloader. And I use 'not' loosely. Recently, I have discovered the I-tunes music store. I have had an I-pod for at least 4 years, but the store seemed like a silly feature that I myself would never even consider using it.  But when I was at the school Halloween dance 3-4 weeks ago and they played Katy Perry's "Hot N Cold," well I just had to have it. So I bought it. It was so easy. And fun. That's how it always starts, hunh? 

Each song is .99 cents so it's kind of like your mom gives you $5 and tells you to go crazy in the Dollar Store. Only instead of buying a cheap shovel/bucket set and a notebook featuring dancing rhinos in tutus on the cover, I'm getting sweet songs. And the money is from my wallet. But after so many years of NOT being an illegal downloader, maybe it's time to change my ways.
