Somehow, I managed to forget to blog for an entire week. It's not as if I didn't have anything to write about...I probably could have a reasonable blog five nights of the week. We got home from our camping trip on Sunday (which was fantastic), I met up with one of my old high school buddies to catch up on Monday (very enjoyable...although he's a lot smarter than me and leaves me in the dust sometimes), and on Wednesday my brother graduated from high school. The Commencement Ceremony for St. Ignatius High School is really great. I stood with pride to sing the Alma Mater and remembered fondly the 'unforgotten faces and the faith which  she impart[ed].' On Friday night, my whole group of high school friends got together, both from Ignatius (the all-guys school), Magnificat (the all-girls school), and Fairview (the public school). We went to Cheesecake Factory (without getting cheesecake!), went to the lake to see the sunset and a storm coming in, got some ice cream from Giant Eagle and then sat in a park and talked until late in the night. It was great. And, yesterday, we had my brother's graduation party. Which lasted twelve hours. It was a ton of fun. We did everything people do at a grad party and then some. That "then some" includes things like playing cricket. A great end to a great week.

Well, it's Sunday morning...and three events to attend...so I'd better sign off for now and get on with my day.
