Well, Happy Valentine's Day! I feel almost obliged to say it. This year it was pretty calm for me. On Tuesday, I got a Mickey Mouse valentine from Nick, who sits next to me in Epistemology. Thankfully, it was a joke. It's nice to know I'm loved though :)

It's also the anniversary of my Baptism, which is worth celebrating as well. Another student here, one of my good friends, was also baptized today, so we wished each other "Happy Baptism Day!" I also received a nice email from home concerning both the reasons for celebration.

I spent a fair part of my day helping one of my good friends get ready for the evening. I won't tell you what all we did, but I'm sure his girlfriend will be very pleased. My friends all laughed at me though as I sat at the dinner table, saying, "Yes...the purple sweater...not if it doesn't match the tie...only if they're not too wrinkled...how wrinkled is too wrinkled? I don't know. 45%?" and so on.

Then I came back to my room, shaved and showered, and put on a very classy red dress shirt...which I promptly covered with a black sweater. And as soon as I end this blog, I'm going to go study German. Pretty boring, I suppose. And rather anticlimactic for you readers. Oh well. My apologies. 

Well, I'm off to go study, but just in case a particular person I'm thinking of happens to read this...Happy Valentine's Day!
