I believe that the worst part of going to or coming from school is the packing. I have too much stuff. I admit it. I bring too much stuff to school because I never know what I will use, or want and if I suddenly decide that I want something, it is on the other side of the state. I believe my worst bit of over packing is the fact that I always bring too many books. Always. Right now I have a milk crate sitting beside my bed, and as soon as I start to put books into it, it will be full in about 1 minute. I have done the math, and I currently have a total of 14 books that are on my “to read” list that are brand new books. Most of them I got for Christmas, but others I purchased myself on a whim. They are all coming to school with me. Oh well.

    Now, that I have told you of my debilitating packing disease, I suppose that I could tell you what I have been up to. I have been reading quite a bit, I am not finished with my 900 page Cleopatra book yet, but I am working hard on it. I went to Panera the other day and got like 50 free bagels when the store was closing (OK, it was about a dozen, but it was still splendid.) I got a memory card for my nonexistent camera, and I guess in general I have had a week that was generally boring to retell, but it made me happy. I love to be able to just take a rest, read, watch some movies with my family, play some PS2, walk my dog, watch the sun set from my front yard, and see some close friends. The last few days that I am home I always like to be close to my family and hang out with them before I once again drive to the other side of the state.

    So, once again I will soon be back at school, attempting to force my brain to cooperate to my demands of memorization and comprehension. I will, however have had time to rest, and regroup, and will hopefully be ready for another brain-bending semester.
