Make a Gift   |   Alumni   |   Annual Fund   |   Planned Giving   |   Upcoming Events

The general purpose of the Alumni Association is to unite 12,000 former students, to promote and foster friendship, and maintain an active relationship between them and the Alma Mater. The Association functions mainly through the Alumni Council.

Numerous committees of the Council assist the College in virtually every aspect of the administration. They advise and support academic and athletic activities and promote the financial endeavors of the College, especially the Annual Giving Program.

Many opportunities are provided to meet socially, both on campus and all over the country. Activities on and off campus include: Homecoming Weekend, the Alumni and Friends Golf Outing, annual golf outings to Southern locations, the Bearcat Open, and special class reunions. Annual meetings are held in about a dozen major cities in the country. Monthly meetings are held locally and in Pittsburgh. Other cities meet annually. The College publishes a quarterly magazine, "The Q", which contains alumni-oriented information and articles.
