Will has been added to the Board of Trustees for Federated Premier Municipal Income Fund and Federated Premier Intermediated Municipal Income Fund effective April 1.  Like existing board members, Mr. Will also will oversee all other portfolios in the Federated fund complex for an indefinite term.
