Abe is in his third season on the varsity squad, and he performed well last season behind the plate in a platoon role.  In addition to catch, he is also capable of playing in the outfield as well as pitching.

2005: Hit .288, appearing in 21 games, with three doubles and seven RBIs...Threw out four runners on the basepaths...Went 2-4 with an RBI in victory over West Va. Tech on March 6th...went 2-3 with a double and two RBIs in victory over Walsh on March 19th...had a pair of hits against Geneva on April 26th.

2004: Spent entire freshman season on varsity squad, appearing in four games for the AMC North-winners.  

High School: Played football and basketball in addition to baseball at Kiski Prep
