Dave enjoyed a fine 2006 campaign, both offensively and defensively. A prototypical middle of the lineup hitter, he should be a significant run producer for the Bearcats in '07.
2006: Started all 46 games at first base... Named All-American Mideast Conference... Hit .356 (52-146) with seven home runs, eight doubles, 29 RBIs, and 22 runs scored... Committed just four errors in 390 chances for a .990 fielding percentage... Went 3-6 in doubleheader vs. Chowan on March 4th, hitting two home runs... Hit game-winning single in extra innings vs. Baldwin Wallace on March 6th... singled with an RBI in exhibition game vs. Pittsburgh Pirates on March 10th... went 3-3 with two RBIs vs. Penn State - Fayette on March 28th... recorded three hits, two of them doubles, to go with two RBIs on April 9th vs. Point Park... Went 4-6 with two home runs and two doubles in doubleheader vs. Myers on April 11th... Went 3-4 in playoff victory at Seton Hill on May 4th.

2003-2004: Attended the College of Southern Maryland
High School: Played four seasons at DeMatha in Maryland... named All-Conference in both junior and senior seasons... Named All-Met senior year... Also played football for two seasons.
