Employers with anticipated job openings speak to and interview students and alumni from forty-five Western Pennsylvania colleges and universities. Job fairs provide a forum for students and employers to meet and discuss employment opportunities. Employers are also invited to participate in the W.A.N.T. (Westmoreland County Assists Native Talent) Job Fair and the P.E.R.C. (Pittsburgh Educational Recruiting Consortium) Education Fair.
