Phase One: March 25 – April 9, 2008
All degree candidates who have applied for graduation through the Registrar's office will be allotted a maximum of four (4) tickets. Between March 25 and April 9, seniors or their families may fill out the online request form to reserve their ticket allotment. To avoid confusion, please designate one person to fill out the ticket request. Please fill out the form completely to ensure that your needs will be accommodated. During Phase One, reservations will also be taken for the initial two (2)-ticket allotment for the Senior Class Dinner on Friday, May 9. Senior Class Dinner tickets are $25 per guest. There is no charge for the graduate's ticket. On April 11, initial ticket confirmations will be emailed to the designated email address.
Phase 1 of the ticketing process is now complete. Confirmations will be emailed on Friday, April 11.
Phase 2 ticketing will begin on this website on Monday, April 14. Requests for additional ceremony tickets, senior dinner tickets and DVD pre-orders will be taken at this time.
If you have not yet reserved your tickets for Phase 1, please contact the Event and Conference Services office immediately at 724-532-5030.
Phase Two: April 14 – April 25
Reservations will be taken for any remaining tickets that have not been claimed via the online reservation system. Each person may reserve a maximum number of tickets to be determined by how many tickets are left. Any request for tickets over the determined maximum will be placed in the Performing Arts Center. Orders for additional tickets to the Senior Class Dinner on Friday, May 9, in the Robert S. Carey Student Center Gymnasium will also be taken at this time. Credit card payments will be accepted by calling the Office of Event and Conference Services at 724-532-5030.
Phase 2 of Commencement ticketing has been completed. If you need to cancel, change, or request additional tickets for the ceremony, please email commencement@stvincent.edu or call the Event and Conference Services office at 724-532-5030. Confirmations were emailed Friday, April 25.
Phase Three: Ticket Distribution
On May 2, all tickets will be mailed to the address indicated during the reservation process. Since all seating will be reserved, every effort will be made to seat families together.
After May 2, reservations will be taken for any tickets remaining in the Performing Arts Center, however, tickets will need to be picked up in the Event and Conference Services Office.
