A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the formal opening and dedication of the $5.8 million James F. Will Engineering and Biomedical Sciences Hall at Saint Vincent College on Nov. 16. The two-story, 11,260-square-foot structure on the northwest side of the Sis and Herman Dupré Science Pavilion will provide state-of-the-art classrooms and laboratories for human anatomy teaching in the biomedical sciences and dedicated space for the college’s growing engineering program. Participating in the ceremony were, from left, Dr. Bruce D. Bethke, associate professor of biology; Dr. Caryl L. Fish, associate professor of chemistry and chair of interdisciplinary science; Ralph Liberatore, owner, Three Rivers Orthopedic and Spine Inc.; James F. Will, president emeritus; Archabbot Douglas R. Nowicki, O.S.B., chancellor; Dr. Stephen Jodis, Dean, Herbert W. Boyer School of Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Computing; and Dr. Paul Follansbee, James F. Will Professor of Engineering Science.
