Call to order- 8:05 PM Prayer- Green Minutes approved as corrected motioned by Floro, seconded by Green Public- Mertens, Wagner Treasurer’s Report – Deely asked members of the senate to review this month’s statement. Activities Report – Finau announced the Programming Board party will be held on Wednesday, December 7. Students should notify any member of the Programming Board with ideas for events to be held next year as they will be discussing this at the party. President’s Report – Walz reported that extension of the library hours was discussed at the last SFAB meeting. It looks as if hours will be extended, but is not yet determined how long. We will know for sure this week. Cheplic reported that the Senior party went well. Walz also reported that the lights for Melvin Platz are coming soon. There was a problem and they were on back order, but are on their way. Gavel Ceremony – Cheplic served as the Master of Ceremonies. Cheplic spoke of all the accomplishments the Executive Board made this past year. McBride, Deely, Finau, and Walz each reflected on this past year. Cheplic then swore in Stevens, Hartbauer, Mancuso, and Wojtila as the new executive board officers, using the recent amendment to the constitution. Stevens, Hartbauer, Mancuso, and Wojtila offered remarks to the senate and outgoing Executive Board. President Stevens took issues from the floor. Clark submitted his resignation as Junior class secretary for he will take on the position as Programming Board Chairperson. Motion to adjourn by DiAlesandro, seconded by Floro.
