Welcome to Conferences at Saint Vincent College

Planning an event, no matter what size, requires attention to detail, patience, creativity and time. At Saint Vincent College, our Event and Conference Services staff is here to make planning your event easier. With over 20 years of combined experience, we will take you through your event, step by step, day by day and make sure that you and your guests receive Benedictine hospitality, and the experience you want and expect. This includes taking care of all your needs through our office, including but not limited to: room rentals, set ups, lodging, dining, campus signage, equipment rental, airport transfers, audio visual and technology services, campus shuttles, destination management services and registration services.

We welcome conferences both big and small. In unison with Saint Vincent College’s mission statement, the office of Event and Conference Services will assist in furthering the goals of the college as they relate to the tradition of the Catholic faith, the heritage of Benedictine monasticism, and the love of values inherent in the liberal approach to life and learning. Summer Housing

On the Conference Center page you will find floor plans as well as information on sustainability, insurance requirements, procedures, and the Fred Rogers Center.

We have classrooms, athletic fields, etc. that are available throughout the year, as well as residence hall housing to accomodate summer housing guests.
