Policies
Athletics Department will have priority over scheduling of all Athletic Fields.
Permission to use field must be obtained from the Associate Athletic Directory prior to submitting reservation to Event and Conference Services.
All field reservation requests must be received no later than five business days prior to the event.
Saint Vincent College reserves the right to move or cancel an event reserved on a field if the potential for damage to the field exists due to weather or other environmental factors.
Vehicles are not permitted on the field at any time.
Users or their guests may not block access ways, pathways, handicap ramps or other areas.
Events involving radio stations, bands, DJs or other sound amplification must be identified at the time of reservation through Event and Conference Services.
All tables and chairs for outdoor facilities must be requested at the time of reservation with Event and Conference Services.
Food and beverage arrangements must be made through Saint Vincent Dining Services.
Event and Conference Services must be notified of any inflatable rides, tents, portable stages, movie screens, etc. at the time of reservation.
Electrical/water needs must be requested from Event and Conference Services at the time of reservation.
Events that occur after dark must make arrangements for proper lighting. Please contact the Public Safety department for safety requirements.
Requests for lining of fields, building of limited access areas, etc. must be placed no less than five business days in advance of the event.
