General Policies

  • All tables and chairs must be requested through Event and Conference Services at the time of reservation.

  • Reservations must be made in advance through Event and Conference Services and appear on the daily event schedule in order for Public Safety to unlock the facility.

  • Food and beverage arrangements must be made through Saint Vincent Dining Services.

  • Audio-visual equipment not included in the room must be requested from the Help Desk through the support suite and must be signed out at the Help Desk unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

  • Laptop computers must be reserved through the Help Desk at x4357.  Quantity is very limited, and laptop requests are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.



Anselm Hall

Located between Placid Hall and Roderick Hall and houses private style dining rooms.

 Policies:

  • Scheduling priority will be given to departments or organizations that plan to eat a meal during their meeting.

  • Setup of this facility may not be altered unless prior approval has been obtained.

  • Departments or organizations that plan to carry trays from the Community Center for a private meeting in this facility must make a room reservation through Event and Conference Services in advance.

  • Food and beverage arrangements must be made through Saint Vincent Dining Services, including meal exchange.

Located next to Headmasters Hall, houses Cafeteria/Community Center, classrooms and meeting rooms.

Policies:

  • It is highly recommended that users become familiar with the operation of the audio/visual equipment prior to their event.

  • The Community Center and 1st Placid B are only available when classes are not in session and there are no summer camps and conferences on campus.  Setup of the Community Center and 1st Placid B is limited to banquets.
