General Policies
All tables and chairs must be requested through Event and Conference Services at the time of reservation.
Reservations must be made in advance through Event and Conference Services and appear on the daily event schedule in order for Public Safety to unlock the facility.
Food and beverage arrangements must be made through Saint Vincent Dining Services.
Audio-visual equipment not included in the room must be requested from the Help Desk through the support suite and must be signed out at the Help Desk unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
- Laptop computers must be reserved through the Help Desk at x4357. Quantity is very limited, and laptop requests are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
