Policies

• All tables and chairs for outdoor facilities must be requested at the time of reservation through Event and Conference Services.

• Event and Conference Services must be notified of any inflatable rides, tents, portable stages, movie screens, etc. at the time of reservation.

• Electrical/water needs must be requested from Event and Conference Services at the time of reservation.

• Users or their guests may not block access ways, pathways, handicap ramps or other areas.

• Events involving radio stations, bands, DJs or other sound amplification must be identified at the time of reservation through Event and Conference Services.

• Events which occur after dark must make arrangements for proper lighting.  Please contact the Public Safety department for safety requirements.

• Food and beverage arrangements must be made through Saint Vincent Dining Services.

• Outdoor events must be sponsored or registered by a student organization or college department/organization.
