Faculty promotions and tenure have been announced for six Saint Vincent College faculty members.

Tenure has been granted to three members of the faculty of the Alex G. McKenna School of Business, Economics, and Government. They are Dr. Thomas Cline, associate professor of marketing; Dr. Charles Fazzi, professor of accounting; and Dr. Peter Hutchinson, professor of economics.

Tenure also has been granted to Dr. Christopher Oldenburg, who has been promoted to associate professor of psychology.

Two additional faculty members have been promoted. Dr. Phyllis Riddle, chair of the Sociology Department and acting chair of the Communication Department, has been promoted to professor of sociology, and Dr. Ronald Tranquilla, has been promoted to professor emeritus of English.
