Dates for Spring Break announced

Spring Break begins after the last class on Friday, March 3. Aurelius, Bonaventure, Gerard, Rooney, Saint Benedict and Wimmer Halls will be locked from 7 p.m. on Friday, March 3, and will remain locked until noon on Sunday, March 12. Classes resume on Monday, March 13. Any student who must remain on campus during the Spring Break MUST register at the Residence Life Office before noon on Wednesday, Feb. 22. Failure to notify the office by this date may result in non-entry or a fine. ( Read More )

Penn State to host Graduate Exhibition March 24 and 26

On March 24 and 26 the Graduate School at Penn State will be hosting its 21st annual Graduate Exhibition on the University Park campus, and all Saint Vincent College students are invited to attend. The Graduate Exhibition is an outreach program of Penn State's Graduate School. Each year, graduate students throughout the University share their research and scholarly work with the public and compete for cash awards in the categories of arts and humanities, engineering, health and life sciences, performances, physical sciences, social and behavioral sciences, and visual arts. More than 200 students participate in this annual competition and nearly $10,000 is awarded. Undergraduate students who are considering graduate school in their future, whether at Penn State or at another institution, are encouraged to attend. Those who visit will have a unique opportunity to speak with graduate students who are conducting research in a broad range of disciplines and to learn how research is an essential and exciting part of graduate education.
