It was standing room only as over 150 students and alumni heard nationally acclaimed author and speaker Donald Asher present, "Conducting an Effective Job Search," as the keynote speaker for the WANT Job and Career Expo on Wednesday, Feb. 15 at the Four Points, Sheraton, Greensburg. Mr. Asher provided job search advice to a diverse crowd ranging in age from 19 to 69. More than 600 job seekers attended the event that also included a traditional job fair with over 50 private and public sector employers and four career advice panels on the industry sectors identified as being the catalysts in restoring economic vitality to western Pennsylvania. Representatives were available from health care, human services, manufacturing, information technology, business, hospitality, tourism, and federal and state government.
