Returns for third season... Made successful transition from receiver to linebacker prior last season... Strong, athletic player with excellent athleticism. 2008: Started all 10 games at middle linebacker... Finished with 31 tackles (12 solo)... Had a pair of tackles for loss, including a quarterback sack, on 10-18 vs. W&J. 2007: Appeared in nine games at wide receiver... Led team with 17 receptions, tying Rob James for team's modern single-season record... Amassed 180 receiving yards, good for third on the team. High School: Four-year member and two-year letterman at perennial power Pittsburgh Central Catholic... Also lettered in baseball. Personal: Born 3-28-89... Son of Karen and Terry Quirin.
