The need for leaders who understand the complexities of health care systems is more critical than ever before. In response to this demand, Saint Vincent College has developed a graduate certificate program in Health Services Leadership. Our classes are designed to empower health care practitioners to become effective leaders in challenging health care environments.
This innovative certificate program consists of four graduate courses (12 credits) designed around evidence-based theory with real-world application.
The courses in the program include:
- U.S. Health Care Systems
- Organization and Administrative Theory
- Economics of Health Care
- Elective course - any other health services leadership course (HSL 570-615)

We offer afternoon and evening classes conveniently scheduled at the Saint Vincent College campus, Latrobe Hospital, and Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown.

- Submit the application with a copy of your official transcripts
All courses completed in the Graduate Certificate for Health Services Leadership will be directly transferable to the Masters in Health Services Leadership Program if you choose to enroll.
