The Introductory Graduate Certificate in Operational Excellence is comprised of three graduate courses (9 credits) focusing on the development of management strategies and tactics that result in greater productivity, lower cost, improved quality, and increased customer satisfaction.

-GCBA 692 Operations Management
-GCBA 693 Supply Chain Management
-GCBA 694 Operational Excellence

If you would like to be enrolled in the certificate program, you should complete the application below and mail it with a copy of your official transcripts to the Office of Graduate and Continuing Education. Participants must have earned a bachelors’ degree from an accredited college or university to enroll.

Advanced Certificates:
Students now have the option to pursue advanced certificates in Operational Excellence. After completion of the introductory certificate, students may pursue bronze, silver, and gold level certificates. An advanced certificate will be awarded for every 3 courses successfully completed in the Operational Excellence curriculum.
Students may pursue certificates only, but those who wish to pursue the Masters degree in Management: Operational Excellence through a series of certificates must meet the admissions requirements for the master's degree.
Bronze Level- At this level the student will begin to understand the fole of Operational Excellence in enterprise. The student will be able to envision the system and how the concepts of OE will affect corporate performance.
Silver Level- At this level the student will be able to apply many of the tools and concepts of OE to his/her workplace. Process change, checking for goal achievement and empowerment of employees will be standard practices.
Gold Level- At this level the student will deeply understand the OE system, apply the concepts and tools of OE effectively in the business setting and be able to lead his/her organization on the OE journey to World Class performance.
