Public Safety Officer (Deadline to apply: until filled)
The Public Safety Department at Saint Vincent College currently has an opening for several part-time Public Safety Officer. The Department is looking for motivated individuals to work weekends, concerts, special events, sporting events and to fill-in for vacations and sick days. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year experience in law enforcement are required. Some college credits desirable. Pennsylvania Act 120 (Municipal Police Academy), PA Act 235 (Lethal Weapons Training Academy) or equivalent required. Strong communication skills, good physical condition, ability to remain calm under stressful conditions, knowledge of computer applications, and CPR certification are highly desirable. A valid PA driver’s license is a must.
