The KCOE Healthcare Networking Group meets the second to last Thursday of every other month. Topics include "Problem Solving," "Creating Lean Culture," "Customer First Focus," and "The Human and Operations Balance" as they apply to the healthcare industry.

Lean 101 Seminar
Lean 101 Seminar is a two-day seminar conducted by Saint Vincent College's Kennametal Center for Operational Excellence.
The seminar presents a survey of lean tools, the philosophy and guidance on balancing the human cultural aspect of operational excellence in the manufacturing environment. All attendees recieve a valuable booklet of the presentation content. A continental breakfast lunch will be provided both days.
The seminar includes a balanced mix of presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises, with opportunities to openly share your manufacturing situations and challenges with the Center's staff and other attendees. Numerous examples are provided that can be instantly applied to your business.
