Manufacturers Networking Group
The KCOE Lean Manufacturers Networking Group meets the third Wednesday of the month for most of the year. Topics include "Problem Solving," "Creating Lean Culture," "Customer First Focus," and "The Human and Operations Balance."
The group generally meets at 4:00 PM the third Wednesday of each month at Saint Vincent College, unless a plant tour is scheduled.

Health Care Networking Group
The Center's Lean Manufacturing Networking group's success has been carried over to health care professionals. This is an opportunity to openly share your unique experiences with each other and the KCOE staff. The KCOE Health Care Networking Group meets the last week of the month, every other month. Topics include "Problem Solving," "Creating Lean Culture," "Customer First Focus," and "The Human and Operations Balance."

Lean 101 Seminar
Lean 101: Lean Manufacturing Seminar is a two-day seminar conducted by Saint Vincent College's Kennametal Center for Operational Excellence.
The seminar presents the philosophy and cultural aspects of Lean Manufacturing and describes the methods and tools that must be implemented for world-class performance, whether in the factory, the office or any kind of enterprise. All attendees receive a valuable booklet of the presentation content. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided both days.
