Tim O'Mara

Tim has just finished his second season under coach Herr. In his freshman year, he participated in the AMC Championships, finishing 110th in the conference with a time of 32:35. This past year he posted his personal best time in both the 5 mile (30:46) and also his personal best for 5K (18:35) At St. John's High School in Northborough, MA, he lettered in wrestling.
