John Garlets is a sophomore from Greensburg Central Catholic.  He ran cross country two years in high school.  John’s first year at Saint Vincent showed that he has great potential.  Over the course of the season, he dropped his time by nearly two minutes, finishing the season with a personal best of 29:45.
