Joshua Meny is a sophomore from Ligonier Valley.  In high school, he was a four year soccer player that joined the cross country for its inaugural season his senior year.  Josh had a rough start with shin problems last season, but he was committed to improving himself and has come in as one of the most improved and has potential to be a varsity runner with a personal best from last year of 31:08.  He is a History major at SVC.
