Coach Andy Herr's Bearcat harriers finished a solid 5th among 40 teams competing in the Eastern College Athletic Conference Division III Championships, held at Williams College in Massachusetts.

Adam Smith finished third overall in the field of 282 runners, crossing the finish line in 26:24.  Nate Sylvester was 19th in 27:04.  Wayne Hooper crossed the line in 27:20 (31st), followed by Thad Pajak (27:28, 37th), Shane Simmons (27:53, 55th), Wade Schnorr (28:14, 77th) and Josh Meny (28:23, 81st).

Host Williams College finished first with 31 points, followed by the College of New Jersey (88), Amherst (126), Oneonta (144) and SVC (145).
