Using dual meet scoring, the Bearcats posted a 5-2 record in the Duquesne Duals, held at Schenley Park in Pittsburgh. The Bearcats defeated Carnegie Mellon, Niagara, Canisius, Wheeling Jesuit and St. Bonaventure, losing only to Division I schools Duquesne and Pitt. The Bearcat top seven were: Adam Smith (9th overall, 26:42), Wayne Hooper (12th, 26:56), Jim Walsh (28th, 27:57), Alex Krupey (36th, 28:15), Shane Simmons (37th, 28:18), Josh Meny (45th, 28:43) and Rodney Young (47th, 28:47).
