Wellness Fair 2006 will be held on Thursday, March 30 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Robert S. Carey Center Student Lounge. More than 30 vendors will be on hand sharing interactive and educational information. Members of the Saint Vincent community can “Ask the Doctor,”try the Dermavision test for proper skin care, have their blood pressure and blood sugar checked, do some aroma therapy, get a massage, whiten their smile, make trail mix, practice karate, paraffin dip their hands or feet, “Ask the Pharmacist,” learn about martial arts and much more. The fair is free and open to all members of the Saint Vincent Community. Wellness at SVC is based on the Benedictine values and is a foundation for growth and development throughout life. It is integration of mind, body and spirit - a proactive, healthy way of living. All are welcome to step up to wellness and come to the fair.
