Mr. Hudson earned his BS at Saint Vincent College and his MBA at the Katz Graduate School at the University of Pittsburgh.  He is the retired Vice President and Director of Global Human Resources for Kennametal, a two billion dollar company with 14,000 employees doing business around the world.

Mr. Hudson has had a distinguished career spanning almost 40 years as a Human Resource professional.  He is a seasoned business executive with broad experience at plant, division and corporate levels in manufacturing, distribution and service environments in a variety of industries. 

Following retirement from Kennametal in 2000, Mr. Hudson engaged in management consulting with a number of small to mid size firms.  He returned to Saint Vincent to serve as Director of Human Resources in 2004.  In addition to his teaching, he will continue to serve as a consultant to the College on matters of administration.

Active in the community, Mr. Hudson has served on the boards of the Ligonier Valley Endowment, the Ligonier Valley Historical Society, the Kennametal Foundation and the American Red Cross.
