Josh is a junior History major from Ligonier Valley, where he competed in soccer and cross country. As a sophomore in 2006, Josh was the most improved runner on the team, running varsity at our two Championship races (the PAC and ECAC Championships). His early season form shows that he is in even better shape this year and should easily improve upon his cross country PR of 28:10 for 5 miles.
