Phil is in his freshman year with Saint Vincent lacrosse. A Mars, PA native, he played four years of lacrosse and three years of soccer at the Vincentian Academy, achieving All-League and All-Star honors during his senior year.

The son of Debra Litz and Henry Ciarrocchi, he was born 2-7-90.
