The Bearcats picked up their first win of the season, holding on for an 11-10 win on the road at Wittenberg University.\

Zach Wilfong and Ryan Kearney led the offense with three goals each. Luke Swerdlow scored a pair of goals, while Gavin Bates, Evan Chateauneuf and Jason Powell added one goal each.

Wilfong, Swerdlow, Bates and TJ Roney each tallied an assist.

Jon McMahon earned the victory in the net for SVC (1-2).

The Bearcats will open the home portion of the schedule on Wednesday, facing Kenyon College at 4PM.
