Seton Hill University held off a late charge by the Bearcats, winning 11-10. The teams played evenly through the first half, reaching the break tied, 5-5. Seton Hill held a 7-6 lead at the end of the third, but Gavin Bates tied the game for the Bearcats less than a minute into the fourth quarter. However, over the next eight minutes, the Griffins scored four unanswered goals to take an 11-7 advantage. With 3:20 left, Jarrid Johnson scored his fifth goal of the game to make it 11-8. At the 2:27 mark, Zach Wilfong cut the deficit to two goals. With 1:03 remaining, Wilfong set up Ryan Kearny for a goal that made it 11-10, but SVC was unable to score in the final minute. SVC drops to 5-8 with the loss, and will wrap up the season with a neutral site game, facing Wells College on Saturday in a game that will be played at Lycoming College.
