Despite protests that he had papers to write and studying to do, Saint Vincent College senior Renold Sossong voluntarily submitted to the “arrest” warrant presented by Jim Lowers for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and transported him to the temporary “jail” at the Supper Club at the Greensburg Train Station. It was reported that Mr. Sossong was allowed unlimited phone calls from the facility to request donations for “bail” that would permit his prompt release.
